The Stories have lessons learned. Through consciousness they represent and example of how we can use life's experiences to reflect upon a principled life worth living. Written with humor and self-awareness, these examples may be of use to people in their mature stage of life to reflect and perhaps write about their roads traveled and what led them to their place in life. These stories may also be used by younger people as they live their lives to encourage a conscious approach to choosing their roads to travel.This author was inspired by All creatures Great and Small by James Herriott, a book whose stories about his interactions with clients and their animals are precious, providing a bucolic view of the many roads he traveled. This author also took inspiration from The Ride of her Life, by Elizabeth Letts, who chronicled the road less traveled of Annie Wilkins who in 1954, at the age of 63, rode her horse from Maine to California because she wanted to see the Pacific Ocean.The experience of people in life create wonder for the human condition. It is marvelous, yet mysterious. The book ends with a consideration of the mysteries of what life really is, from biological, spiritual, and purposeful standpoints. Read more
